Cabinet pricing in Frisco, TX

Most cabinet companies hide their numbers until you are three meetings deep. Here are ours up front: typical ranges for Collin County projects, what moves the price, and exactly how our fixed written proposals work.

Typical project ranges

Custom kitchens: 500 to 1,200 dollars per linear foot; high-end inset 1,200 to 2,500. A typical 20-foot kitchen installs for 12,000 to 28,000 dollars.

Refacing: 2,000 to 9,000 dollars, with refinishing typically below that.

Bathroom vanities: 1,800 to 6,500 dollars.

Built-ins and home office: 3,500 to 12,000 dollars.

Garage, laundry, and pantry: 2,500 to 8,000 dollars.

What moves the number

Wood species is the biggest lever: paint-grade maple sits at the base, rift white oak and walnut carry a premium. Door construction is second: inset doors take more material and far more fitting time than overlay. Drawer count matters more than people expect, because a drawer stack costs more to build than a door with shelves and is worth every dollar. Finish complexity, glass doors, appliance panels, and interior fittings like pull-outs move the total from there.

What does not move the number: asking questions, changing your mind during design, or getting a detailed proposal. Design and the consultation are free, and the written price holds.

How fixed written pricing works

After the free in-home consultation you get one document: the design, the materials, and one number. Approve it and that number is locked. If we discover something unforeseeable behind a wall, we stop and talk before any cost changes, in writing. No hourly billing, no allowances that quietly balloon, no version four of the quote.
